THE TRIP: |
Have you dreamed of
taking the ultimate
photography trip, by
going on an African
safari, to visit the
countless and varied
wildlife, combined
with vivid
landscapes? If
asked, most
photographers would
tell you that an
African photo safari
would be their dream
destination for
their photographic
interests. This
Africa safari,
conducted by
adventure leaders,
World Expeditions,
allow you to
experience the
wildlife up close
and in their own
element.
This adventure
packed safari will
feature all the
stunning wildlife
viewing
opportunities that
the region has to
offer, with one
special bonus: you
will be travelling
in the company of a
professional
photographer.
Suitable for all
levels of
photographic
experience, these
safari “workshops”
will encourage you
to ask questions,
try out different
techniques,
experiment with
dramatic lighting
and learn from not
only your leader,
but from other
members of your
group.
The countries that
lie at the southern
end of the African
continent evoke a
strong spirit of the
wild. From the
seemingly empty and
endless dunes of the
Namibian desert, to
the teeming animal
life of the Okavango
Delta, this
itinerary traverses
the greatest parks,
reserves and
landscapes that
Africa’s south has
to offer. We explore
the boundless Namib
Desert and
experience the
desert elephants of
Etosha. The Zambezi
River’s Victoria
Falls are an
inspiring backdrop
to a multitude of
adventurous options
where we conclude
this classic African
journey. |
