This exciting Focus 10 Pinnacles and Wildflowers Photography tour takes us to Pinnacles Nambung National Park with their eerie yellow sandstone outcrops. Shooting pristine white sand dunes, sand boarding and surfing at Lancelin and to other nearby National Parks renowned for their incredible diversity of endemic wildflowers. We finish by capturing the Spanish style of architecture of New Norcia and its architecture, food and wine. Join professional photographers Serena Pearce and Andrew Thomasson for a 2 days of photographing everything from wilderness landscapes & wildflowers in the Pinnacles to food, wine & architecture in New Norcia. Our hands-on, casual, practical style is packed with fun in a relaxed environment where you will learn to take great images you can treasure forever!

Course Outline : - sports & action photography in Lancelin whilst capturing stunning images of sand-boarding and dune biking in the pristine white sand dunes; wind surfing, kite-boarding and surfing - Lancelin is a world class location for water sports - landscape & portrait photography at The Pinnacles Nambung National Park: these eerie yellow sandstone outcrops are best shot at dusk. Join us for sunset drinks whilst letting your creativity run wild in this location - fabulous for up skilling in fashion photography and portraits! - macro and flora : High breakaway country overlooking low undulating sand plains in the Badgingarra National Park is ideal to refine your skills in macro and landscapes. The park is renowned for its incredible diversity of endemic wildflowers - architecture, food and wine : capture the Spanish style of architecture of New Norcia with its old boarding schools, the Abbey Church, an old mill, a wine press, a hotel and the monastery where the Benedictine monks still run the iconic bakery, maintain olive oil production and produce port and ale - lifestyle : the Chittering Valley Wildflower Festival in Bindoon is a great way to cap off our great photography weekend shooting vintage cars and bikes, characters at the farmers markets and a final opportunity to shoot more wildflowers

■ No prior photography experience
■ Any Digital DSLR, mirrorless, quality compact, smartphone camera
■ Film Camera's are catered for (Having both digital & a film camera is preferred as it allows for on-location photo critique)
■ At least one quality lens such as a Nikkor 18-200mm or a Canon 17-85mm and other lenses that you own
■ Min 4GB card per day of shooting
■ Any camera accessories - such as a tripod, and polarising filter

Accommodation will be overnight at Cervantes. A share accommodation option is available on request. We have a Toyoto Prado 7 seater vehicle. There will be provision for 4 people to join us in this vehicle for the weekend. Please contact us if your would like this option.
Please note that the cost of accommodation, meals and travel is not included in the course cost. We recommend you budget a few hundred dollars in total for this. We endevour to keep costs low and this amount will varyaccording to your personsl preferences in terms of food and whether yuou want to have a single private room overnighting in Cervantes.

InsuranceYou are required to have general travel insurance for all our tours
RefundsWe reserve the right to cancel and reschedule any course, due to inadequate enrolment, bad weather, instructor illness, or an 'act of God'. We also reserve the right to cancel any course if there is insufficient demand, especially if it means that our costs would be higher than our income. Please therefore do not leave it until the last few weeks if you are interested in a particular date, as you may find that it has been cancelled. As our costs for each training event remain the same no matter how many delegates attend, like any pre-booked tickets for the theatre, concert, flights etc, we are unable to give a full refund in the event of non-attendance, regardless of the circumstances. If withdrawal occurs within the 14 days before the course starts we will try to put you on an alternative date if places are available. Please note that we cannot be liable for any other costs incurred by yourself, so please check with us before booking any non-refundable accommodation or transport.
